Group Charter Flights: New York to Miami

Published Jun 12, 2026

Group charter resolves the principal difficulty of moving a party of any size: it gathers everyone onto a single aircraft, on a single schedule, with the luggage carried together rather than dispersed. On the New York–Miami corridor — a route forever crowded with weddings, corporate offsites and family gatherings bound for the Florida winter — it is the most orderly way to travel in number.

From Teterboro Airport (TEB) or Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) or Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), the group arrives as it departed: together, and on time.

Private charters on the New York–Miami corridor depart from Teterboro Airport (TEB), Westchester County Airport (HPN), Republic Airport (FRG) or Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), and arrive at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF), Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) or Miami International Airport (MIA).

One aircraft, one schedule, one arrival

The merit of group charter is coherence. There is a single departure to coordinate, a single terminal to assemble at, and a single arrival — no reconciling of separate commercial bookings, no stragglers across three connecting flights, no luggage gone astray between carriers. For an event with a fixed start, that certainty is worth a great deal.

The cabin, sized to the party, becomes a shared space for the journey — colleagues continuing a conversation, a family travelling as one, a team in its element before the occasion ahead.

  • The whole party on one aircraft and one schedule
  • Luggage and equipment carried together, not dispersed
  • A single private terminal to assemble at and depart from
  • Arrival as a group, on time, for a fixed engagement

Choosing the aircraft to the number

The right cabin follows from the head-count. A party of seven to nine is well served by a midsize jet; ten to sixteen by a heavy jet; and for the largest gatherings a VIP airliner brings the scale of a residence aloft. Tell us the number and the luggage and we will propose the fitting aircraft, or a pair of them in convoy where one will not suffice.

Coordinated from first enquiry to arrival

For events and occasions we attend to the particulars beyond the flight — ground transfers at both ends, catering to the party's taste, and timing aligned to the engagement. Our hospitality and events service exists for precisely this, and is the natural companion to a group charter.

Frequently Posed Enquiries

  • From a handful to well over a hundred. A midsize or heavy jet suits parties up to sixteen; a VIP airliner carries the largest gatherings; and where a single cabin will not hold everyone, we arrange aircraft in convoy on the same schedule.
  • Reckoned per head for a sizeable party, it is frequently competitive, and the value extends beyond the fare — one schedule, luggage carried together and a guaranteed group arrival for a fixed event. We will quote it against the alternatives so the comparison is clear.
  • Yes — that is among the chief advantages. The aircraft is matched to both the head-count and the baggage, so equipment, formal wear or event materials travel with the party rather than dispersed across separate carriers.
  • We do. Through our hospitality and events service we coordinate transfers at both ends, catering and timing aligned to the engagement, so the charter forms part of a seamlessly managed whole.
  • Between two and three hours nonstop depending on the aircraft chosen, with the executive airports at either end keeping the door-to-door time, for the whole party, comfortably under four hours.
